Basic yellow 28 CAS 54060-92-3, also named Cationic Golden Yellow GL and Anilan Golden Yellow GL, is a kind of cationic yellow dyes.

Basic yellow 28 Physicochemical properties:

Yellow powder (or liquid) is orange in sulfuric acid, turns yellow after dilution, and the aqueous solution turns colorless with sodium hydroxide.

Basic yellow 28 Usage:
It is used for dyeing paper, acrylic fiber, acrylic cellulose and wool. Dyeing in acetic acid and sodium acetate bath, the pH value is stable below 5.

Basic yellow 28 can be used for direct printing of acrylic fiber and silk.
