Sulphur black br dyes are water insoluble dyes, so sulphur dyes do not have the ability to dye cotton. However, it has good dyeing properties for cotton when the dye is reduced to Cryptochrome in the aqueous solution of Sodium sulfide. The sulphur black br dye dyeing is carried out in the Sodium sulfide solution.

Sulphur black dyes operation: put the prepared Sodium sulfide into the cylinder, dissolve it in 80 ℃ water for 5-10 minutes, and then dissolve it in sulfur black with boiling water for 20 minutes. And 1% sodium carbonate of sulphur black was added.

Function and dosage of various auxiliaries: Sodium sulfide (Na2S): it is the solvent for dissolving sulphur black br dyes. Its function is to reduce sulphur black to the Leucosome of dyes and has the dyeing ability for cotton. It can reduce and dissolve sulfur black.

Dosage: the ratio of Sodium sulfide and sulphur black br is 1-1.5:1.

Sodium carbonate (Na2CO3): sodium carbonate can improve the reduction stability of sulphur black dyeing solution and prevent premature oxidation of dyes. It is also an alkali agent for oil removal.

Na2SO4: the dye uptake of sulphur dyes is low. Adding NA2SO4 to the dye solution is helpful to improve the dye uptake, so NA2SO4 plays a role in promoting dyeing.

Degreaser: to remove the oil stains on the cloth and improve the penetration effect of the embryo cloth, improve the dye uptake and levelness.

Anti wrinkle agent: to prevent fabric creases and crease printing.

Urea: play the role of anti embrittlement.

Soft oil: it can soften the cloth and make it soft and comfortable.
