1. Dyeing method of controlling temperature with different retarders

Different retarders can achieve the goal of uniform coloring of acrylic fiber by prolonging the heating time properly, and the temperature must be strictly controlled during dyeing. This method is suitable for the dyeing of loose fiber and rope like matching with large bath, and the dyeing of wool / nitrile blended yarn. The dye in the dye bath is absorbed gradually with the increase of temperature, which is convenient for acid dye and alkaline dye softener in the same bath. Since the temperature must be accurately controlled in the dyeing process, the production equipment shall be automatically controlled by temperature program.

2.Dyeing method with retarder

The basic rhodamine b retarder is used to block the acid groups on the acrylic fiber. The amount of retarder can make the acrylic fiber reach the appropriate saturation degree, hinder the absorption of cationic dyes, and even the dyes with fast coloring and poor migration can also reach the effect of leveling. This dyeing method is applicable to all kinds of acrylic fiber products. The properties of cationic retarder should be compatible with the K value of the dye, and the sodium chloride has no retarded effect on the dye with low k value.

3. Dyeing method of dye auxiliaries

In the dye bath, a proper amount of anionic dispersant N and levelling agent o can change the ionization state of cationic dyes, temporarily lose the charge attraction to acrylic fibers, or directly use disperse cationic dyes. This method can be used to dye the wool nitrile blended products in the same bath with acid dyes, or to dye the polyester nitrile blended products in the same bath with disperse dyes.
