Acid fluorescent red B acid fluorescent red 52, produced by Cangzhou Xincheng Weiye Chemical Co., Ltd, has appearance of dark red powder.

It is easily soluble in water with blue-red with fluorescence, and it is also soluble in ethanol.

The dye is orange-yellow in concentrated sulfuric acid, and red after dilution; the aqueous solution with sodium hydroxide is blue-red.
