As a kind of colorant of compressed board,wood, particleboard and high-density board, basic malachite green liquid is a new type of environmentally friendly liquid dye. Malachite green liquid is developed and produced according to the needs of artificial board factories and is applied to the dyeing of various wooden products such as medium and high density boards and particle boards.

This product has good solubility with adhesive solution, fast dispersion speed, uniform distribution, bright color and convenient use.

Property: The appearance is a thick copper colored liquid, with -20 ° C no freezing, no precipitation, and good fluidity.

Used for dyeing particle board:

Dissolve 0.4 kilograms of liquid green dye solution in 1 cubic meter of board adhesive, stir evenly, and use.

For medium to high density wood:

1.Dilute 2.5 kilograms of liquid green by 5-6 times with clean water, stir well, and use the solution with 1 cubic meter of board.

2.When spraying liquid green solution, the spraying amount, time, and glue spraying time are consistent, that is, the coloring agent time for spraying 1 cubic meter of board glue is the same.
