Solvent dyes are organic synthetic chemicals that are soluble in most solvents and dyed media.

It is characterized by good transparency, high coloring power, bright color, excellent heat resistance and light resistance.

But it will migrate when it is used in polyolefin plastics.

Oil soluble dyes can be used not only in monochrome, but also in various colors according to a certain proportion.

They can be selectively applied to the coloring of various resin materials such as PS, hips, PC, UPVC, PMMA, San, Sb, as, ABS, PE, pet, PA and decorative materials, paints, inks, paraffin products, etc. When coloring various plastics with oil soluble dye colorants, the dyes are directly added to the plastic particles, and a small amount of dye aids are added at the same time. After being evenly mixed, they can be pre molded or molded to obtain a satisfactory variety of transparent colors.

According to the depth of the color, if a certain amount of titanium dioxide is added, Transparent or translucent tones can be obtained.

Some fluorescent dyes can be dyed into particularly bright colors. In order to prevent the fluorescence from disappearing, the amount of titanium dioxide should be reduced as much as possible. The addition proportion of transparent tone is 0.02%-0.05%, and that of opaque tone is about 0.1%-0.2%.
