English Name: Aniline black; nigrosine black solvent dyes
Nigrosine black dye directly generated on cotton fabric and insoluble in ordinary solvents. It is widely used in dyeing and printing of cotton fabrics. When dyeing, the cotton fabric is first immersed in a solution made of aniline salt, and then oxidized to black. Dyestuffs are resistant to sunlight and rain, and are firm to hot soap solution and dilute bleaching powder solution. When oxidized excessively, it is blue black and easy to cause brittle damage. It can turn green when it is under oxidized or reduced. At present, most of them are made into commercial aniline black.
Performance:
Nigrosine black has strong coloring power, low dispersion energy, strong light absorption performance, stable color and good performance. Because of its strong adhesion in the coating, the pigment can also produce matting effect (with soft appearance). Application: aniline black may be the earliest organic synthetic pigment. Its commodities include oil soluble aniline black (oil soluble solvent black 7), alcohol soluble aniline black (alcohol soluble solvent black 5), etc.
Main purpose
Used for coloring ink, shoe polish, wood, paint, rubber, high-grade insulating bakelite, carbon paper, etc.
