Phthalocyanine green C.I. Pigment green 7 is an important organic pigment with a yellow green appearance, bright color and strong coloring power.
It is insoluble in water, ethanol, and organic solvents, with a density of 2.69-2.72g/cm ³, an oil absorption of 35% ± 5%, a light resistance of 7-8 levels, and a heat resistance of ≤ 200 ℃.
Pigment green 7 has a wide range of applications, including coatings, inks, rubber, leather, various plastics, synthetic fiber raw materials, and coating printing pastes.
As a pigment, it can provide bright and long-lasting colors, meeting the color needs of different fields.
In terms of preparation, the main raw materials for pigment green 7 include styrene, acetic acid, sodium hydroxide, etc.
These raw materials are processed through steps such as filtration, drying, and grinding to obtain phthalocyanine green intermediates with high purity.
Subsequently, the final phthalocyanine green pigment was obtained through synthesis reactions, including reactions of phthalocyanine intermediates and fluorene cyclization reactions.
Pigment green 7 has excellent properties, such as good durability, heat stability, and bright color. This makes it perform well in high-quality paint coloring and coloring with various resins such as PVC, PE, PP, ABS.
