Acid black ATT Property

It is soluble in water, the aqueous solution is blue black.After adding concentrated hydrochloric acid produces green and blue precipitates; Adding sodium hydroxide solution produces blue precipitate.

It is blue-green in concentrated sulfuric acid and produces dark green and blue precipitates after dilution; After dark green solution in concentrated nitric acid, it turns to paste red; Blue precipitate was produced in 10% sodium hydroxide solution. When dyeing, the color will change slightly when encountering copper ions; In case of iron ion, the color is slightly green.
