Sulphur Green 511
Sulphur green 511 dye is insoluble in water. Sodium sulfide or other reducing agents are needed to reduce the dyes to soluble cryptochrome.
It has affinity to fibers and dyes them, and then it recovers its insoluble state by oxidation and coloration and is fixed on the fibers. So sulphur green 511 dye is also a vat dye. Sulphur green color can be used for dyeing cotton, hemp, viscose and other fibers.
The process is simple, the cost is low, it can dye single color, but also color matching. It has good fastness to sunlight and poor fastness to abrasion.
